Youngsters crash
Grayshott Reserves 5, Weysiders 2
Weysiders, a team formed from the sixth form at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford opened their season at Grayswood, and were defeated by a stronger, fitter and older side. Grayswood were held to 2-1 at half-time, and the Weysiders even equalised early in the second half, but a succession of three goals gave Grayswood the points. The Andrews brothers, Dave and Rick, hit the goals that gave Weysiders early hopes. The game was marred by the broken leg sustained by a Grayswood player in a collision with Tim Burgess.

22.08.24: Mick Harper RIP

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mick Harper on 19 August 2024. Mick was a great servant to the club, making 189 appearances, scoring 16 goals. He also managed the Reserves 1992-94, and joint-managed the Reserves 1996-98. He was Weysiders of the Year 1993-94. A sad loss. Our condolences go to Mick's family and friends.
